Description (from the notice)
The London Borough of Hackney is inviting tenders for property insurance quotations covering approximately 8,500 leasehold, right-to-buy, shared ownership, and mortgaged residential properties, representing a projected total building sum insured of c. £2.36bn at inception. The contract is scheduled to commence on 1 April 2027 as a Long Term Agreement of two years, with options to extend for an additional one year plus one year (2 + 1 + 1). This procurement is being conducted via the Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. All submissions and clarifications must be handled electronically via the London Tenders Portal (ProContract), and suppliers must ensure their core information is up to date on the government's Central Digital Platform.
