1. Who we are

ContractsDue is a service run by Contracts Due, 80A Ruskin Ave, Welling, London DA16 3QQ (Sole trader). Contact: support@contractsdue.co.uk.

2. What the service is

We collect public procurement notices published by UK government services, summarise them, and send alerts that match searches you set up. The service is for businesses and other organisations, not consumers.

3. What it isn't

We provide information only. We don't give bidding, legal, tax, financial or procurement advice. Always read the official notice before acting. We don't guarantee that every notice is captured, that the data published by buyers is accurate, or that an alert will arrive by any particular time. See the coverage page for known gaps.

4. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your e-mail. Keep access to your mailbox secure. A Team plan covers up to 5 people in the same organisation.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page. We will give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail of any price change to an existing subscription.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund of your first payment, on request, within 14 days of that payment, using the button on your account page. See the refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at volume, resell alerts as your own service, try to break security, or use the service to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Data and licences

Notice data is published under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (see data licence). Our software, design, groupings and derived fields belong to us.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we aren't liable for lost profits, lost contracts or lost opportunities.

10. Changes and ending

We may change these terms and will e-mail you about material changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may close the service with at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. [CONFIRM AT SETUP]
