Description (from the notice)
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the reconfiguration and extension of mental health ward accommodation at Bryn y Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan. The project comprises two concurrent schemes within the Foelas Mental Health Unit and Ty Llewelyn Medium Secure Mental Health Unit to provide new seclusion suite accommodation and associated clinical support facilities. The full details are outlined with the tender documents attached within Bravo. The tender will be awarded to the most advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document. Please note that the tender closing date is 26/10/2026 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.
