Choice is seeking to identify a Supplier Team (Supplier, Subcontractors and associated supply chain) that together will have all the right skills and are considered most capable of working in partnership, to identify the optimal solution and of delivering it as efficiently and safely as possible. The Supplier Team will be required to support Choice, as Client, in the development of performance indicators and in the delivery of best practice. Regular performance assessments will be required to ensure that the Supplier Team is achieving required standards and delivering continuous improvement. The contract is a ‘Develop and Construct’ NEC4 Engineering and Construction Option A: Priced with Activity Schedule contract. The contract will cover the completion of RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) and RIBA Stage 5 (Construction), to achieve RIBA Stages 6 (Handover) and 7 (Use), for 36 no. new-build social housing units (18 no. houses and 18 no. apartments) at 2 – 28 Shore Road, Belfast.
