East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust (EEC) is establishing a framework agreement for the delivery of individual, bespoke community packages of care for children and young People aged 0 - 18 years with continuing care needs to enable children and young people to be cared for in their home. The framework will be established under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Packages of care provided for children and young people in the home will be carried out by registered and non-registered healthcare professionals ("Care Workers") and will involve the provision of some or all the following: 1. Assistance with personal or social care, which may be defined as undertaking any activity which requires a degree of personal and physical contact with the child or young person to assist them to undertake such bodily functions such as dressing, washing, bathing, toileting, getting in or out of bed, eating, drinking, and communicating.
