The contract involves the refurbishment and replacement of kitchens within occupied Hastoe Housing Association properties across the East region. Works include resident liaison, pre-start surveys, removal of existing kitchens, installation of new kitchen units and associated plumbing and electrical works, making good, testing, certification and handover.
